To be eligible for transportation with us, you must be a member.  The annual membership fee is $50.  If you have used ITN's services before we already have your information, however want to review it with you to update it if necessary.  You will also need to fund a personal transportation account before riding with us.  The recommended amount to fund your PTA is $50, and is refundable.  Call (888) 295-2376 to get setup.

We will try to accommodate all types of rides (medical, grocery, etc), however may need to prioritize rides based on availability of drivers.  Medical rides will take priority, and other rides will be scheduled based on driver availability.  If you leave a message to schedule a ride, we will call to confirm your ride.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Rides are charged at a rate of $2.15 per mile plus a $2 pickup fee.  There is a $1.25 extra stop fee for any stops made along the way (for example, on the way home from an appointment a rider wants to stop at a convenience store).

There is a $5 minimum charge per ride (ex, a ride of 1 mile would be $2.15 plus $2 for a total of $4.15, since that's less than the minimum the charge would be $5.

There are higher rates and fees for same day rides.  The mileage rate is $2.75 per mile, and the minimum charge is $6.

After hours rides have a $4 pickup fee.
