 The new rider portal will allow you to request rides as well as see your account balance.  You should have received an email inviting you to use the portal when you applied, if not please contact us.

IMPORTANT! You must be a member and have funded your personal transportation account (PTA) before scheduling a ride. If you are not a member or haven't funded your PTA, call (888) 295-2376 instead of using this form.
